The cottage is available for a week’s stay (seven nights) or a minimum three night break. Extra nights can be added as required. We have no set changeover day - if the date is available, you can book it! We request that the cottage is vacated by 11am on your last day and it is available to new guests from 2pm on the following day to allow for thorough cleaning and ventilating to prevent any risk of coronavirus transfer. If you have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus or are suffering from any of the symptoms yourselves in the week before your arrival, please do not travel but contact us and we can discuss alternative dates later in the year or the following year.
Our local Ableworld is no longer hiring out hoists but you are welcome to bring your own and there is a gap of 15cm (6 inches) under the bed(s) so please check that your hoist will fit underneath. If you have any other requirements, please give us a call.
Fully inclusive charges for 2025 - electricity, bed linen, towels, logs included:
4th -31st January and all of February 2025 £600 - 7 nights £300 - 3 nights (£100 per extra night)
March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October 2025 £690 - 7 nights £345 - 3 nights (£115 per extra night)
1st November - 20th December 2025 £600 - 7 nights £300 - 3 nights (£100 per extra night)
Fully inclusive charges for any month in 2026 (apart from Christmas fortnight) £720 - 7 nights £360 - 3 nights (£120 per extra night)
Christmas/New Year - 21st December 2025 - 4th January 2026 and 20th December 2026 - 3rd January 2027:
£750 - 7 nights £400 - 3 nights (£120 per extra night)

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. For all bookings: Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival date or in full at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than four weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS transfer, details of which will be provided with your confirmation of booking. Cancellations in 2025: should you need to cancel your booking prior to paying the final amount (ie one month before arrival), we will refund your deposit in full. If you have already made your final payment and cannot make your booked dates for any reason, we can discuss moving your booking to later in the year or early the following year depending on availability.
